PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary product which is excellent in absorption performance of menstrual blood and can impart secure feeling about the absorption performance to a wearer since redness due to the absorption of the menstrual blood is little in observing from a surface sheet side after the use.SOLUTION: A sanitary product 1 includes: a liquid permeable surface sheet 2 a rear surface sheet 3 provided in a position farther than the surface sheet 2 from a skin of a wearer and a laminate structure 4 interposed between both sheets 2, 3. The laminate structure 4 is equipped with an isolated layer 41, a blood cell aggregation agent layer 42, an aggregation acceleration layer 43, and an absorption layer 44 in the order close to the surface sheet 2. The blood cell aggregation agent layer 42 does not include a high-absorbent polymer and includes a blood cell aggregation agent, and the absorption layer 44 does not include the blood cell aggregation agent.
