PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of improving assembling property and reducing yield by easily making fine adjustment of a set field angle even with dispersion in the machining tolerance of parts and in the clearance of a moving lens frame fitted to a lens frame without enlarging the imaging apparatus capable of adjusting a focal distance.
SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 30 configured to adjust optical characteristics by moving partial lenses out of objective lenses forward and backward by an actuator 62 includes a fixed lens frame 36 holding the objective lenses excluding the moving partial lenses a moving lens frame 32 holding the partial lenses inside the fixed lens frame to move forward and backward along a photographing optical axis and formed with moving position regulation faces 40a, 40b at the front and rear parts in the moving direction and an adjusting member 37 provided at the fixed lens frame and abutting on the moving position regulation faces to regulate the movement of the moving lens frame and to make fine adjustment of the regulating position of the forward/backward movement of the moving lens frame.
