Disclosed are heterocyclic compounds, or salts thereof, represented by general formula (I). Examples of the heterocyclic compound include: N-Dimethyl-M-[6-(2-{ 4-[4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)benzyl]piperazine-1-carbonyl} -1H-indol-6-yloxy)pyridin-3-yl]benzenesulfonamide, 3,4-Dichloro-N-(2-{ 2-[4-(4-isopropoxybenzyl)piperazine-1-carbonyl]-1-methyl-1H-indol-6-yloxy} pyrimidin-5-yl)-N-methylbenzenesulfonamide, and N-[6-(2-(4-[(4-Methoxybenzyl)methylamino]piperidine-1-carbonyll-1-methyl-1H-indol-5-yloxy)pyridin-3-yl]-4-trifluoromethylbenzamide. The compounds are used to treat fibrosis and tumours.
