The present invention relates to a chair for rehabilitation exercise treatment which reduces pressure on lumbar vertebra caused by the body weight of a patient and to a chair for rehabilitation exercise treatment configured to adjust the upper body and the lower body of the patient in different directions respectively to reduce the pressure on the lumbar vertebra, whereas precisely measuring a torque with respect to a rotational direction (a force in a rotational direction) and a pressure reduced on the lumbar vertebra when the pressure is reduced, thereby more finely, precisely and stably performing the rehabilitation treatment. The present invention provides the chair for rehabilitation exercise treatment comprising: a foothold support unit connecting a horizontal support to a vertical support to form an L-shape, having an upper part positioned over a vertical lift device and having a lower part where a foothold is installed； a rotating unit fixating one end of an electric cylinder at a rotating unit pillar of one end, fixating one end of a gas spring at a rotating unit pillar of the other end and having a connecting unit for connecting one end of a circular rod of the electric cylinder to the other end of the gas spring； a rotating shaft having one end fixated at the horizontal support of the foothold support unit and the other end installed at an upper end of the vertical lift device to be rotatable； and a rotating load cell bracket having one part inserted into the foothold support unit, inserting the rotating shaft inserted into a bracket hole formed in a middle unit, and having one end installed in the connecting unit of the rotating unit.본 발명은, 환자 자신의 체중을 가지고 요추 관절을 감압하도록 이루어진 재활운동치료용 의자로서, 환자의 상체와 하체를 각기 다른 방향으로 조절하여 요추를 중심으로 감압시키도록 이루어지되, 회전방향에 대한 정확한 토크(회전방향으로의 힘) 및 감압 시 요추에서 경감되는 압력을 정확하게 측정하여, 보다 정밀, 정확하고 안정한 재활치료가 가능한, 재활운동치료용 의자에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 재활운동치료용 의자는, 수평지지대와 수직지지대가 연설되어 ㄱ자형을 이루며, 상부가 수직 리프트장치의 위에 위치되며, 하부에 발판이 장착되는, 발판 지지부； 일단의 회전부 기둥에 전기실린더 일단
