In the present invention, provided is an effective light source for attracting fungus gnat, which is capable of obtaining effective effects in control of fungus gnat causing much damage to mushroom cultivation, and a device of selecting the effective light source for attracting fungus gnat. A device of selecting an effective light source for attracting fungus gnat includes a vermin injection port into which fungus gnat is injected, and a plurality of light source chambers which are located at the same distance from the vermin injection port, and in which a plurality of light sources having different wavelengths and colors are installed under the same conditions. The device of selecting the effective light source for attracting fungus gnat additionally includes a vermin injection chamber which is arranged in the center of the light source chambers such that the light source chambers are radially disposed around the vermin injection chamber, and in which the vermin injection port is formed, a plurality of connecting paths radially extended to the circumference of the vermin injection chamber such that the connecting paths have the same diameter and length to connect the vermin injection chamber and the light source chambers, and flypaper traps each of which is installed on the bottom of the light source chambers.
