PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel cancer targeting therapeutics with high specificity to target cancer cells and less toxicity, and methods for treating non-hodgkin lymphomas and cancers, e.g., lymphoma, myeloma, leukemia, thyroid cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, esophagus cancer, head and neck cancer etc.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a method for treating non-hodgkin lymphoma or cancer expressing lymphocyte antigen 75 (LY75), comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically sufficient amount of an affinity reagent that binds to LY75.
