The present invention relates to a film-coating table for treating gastrointestinal diseases, and to a method for producing the same. Ranitidine, bismuth, and sucralfate are uniformly mixed and contained as active components in a single layer. The sucralfate is formed in a granule form along with a binder. The tablet includes a damp-proof coating layer including polyvinyl alcohol. Provided is an improved production process capable of improving stability and productivity of a gastrointestinal disease treating pharmaceutical composition including ranitidine hydrochloride, sucralfate, and potassium bismuth citrate. According to the present invention, while sucralfate is formed in a wet granule, a table can be produced by mixing ranitidine hydrochloride and potassium bismuth citrate. Accordingly, production can be simply performed, and a phase stability degradation problem caused by conventionality of ranitidine hydrochloride is resolved. At the same time, a single layer table is produced, and thus economic feasibility can be improved. Moreover, a produced tablet provides consumption convenience by having a small size, and ensures high quality uniformity by having a low ranitidine elusion deviation between products.본 발명은 위장질환 치료용 필름코팅정제, 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 활성성분으로서 라니티딘, 비스무트, 및 수크랄페이트를 단일층에 균일하게 혼합하여 함유하되, 상기 수크랄페이트는 결합제와 함께 과립상을 이루고 있는 것이고, 정제는 폴리비닐알콜을 포함하는 방습성 코팅층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 라니티딘염산염, 수크랄페이트, 비스무트시트르산염칼륨을 포함하고 있는 위장질환 치료용 약학 조성물의 안정성과 생산성을 높일 수 있는 개선된 제조공정을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 수크랄페이트를 습식과립으로, 라니티딘염산염과 비스무트시트르산염칼륨을 혼합하여 타정이 가능하여 제조가 간단할뿐 아니라, 라니티딘염산염의 인습성에 의한 성상 안정성 저하 문제의 개선과 동시에, 단층정으로 제조하여 경제성을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 제조된 정제는 크기가 작아 복용 편의성을 제공하면서도, 제품 간 라니티딘 용출 편차가 적어 품질균일성이 높은 효과가 있다.
