One embodiment of the present invention provides a hemodialysis membrane comprising a first layer made of polyamide-based polymer nanofibers； a second layer made of graft copolymer nanofibers of an acrylic polymer and a siloxane polymer； and a third layer of crosslinked ionic polymer.
