In other words, when a rodent is fed on food or medicine having an unpleasant taste, the rodent avoids taking the food, thereby reducing the weight thereof. Therefore, the principle, in which a food taking amount and weight of the rodent are reduced when a component having a bitter, spicy, astringent taste or the like is added to food to be fed instead of sensory test of a human, is used for replacing a sensory test of an unpleasant taste.
