PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of shorts which is suitable for preventing urinary incontinence.SOLUTION: A pair of shorts 1 comprises a bridge 41 which exists inside a crotch part 4 and extends in the front-back direction. The length of the crotch part 4 is shorter than that of the bridge 41, but can extend elastically. Therefore, when the crotch part 4 extends to get the same length as that of the bridge 41, the crotch part 4 supports the bridge 41 to fit an urinary incontinence pad attached to the bridge 41 to its wearer. The crotch part 4 possesses a central part 4a and both side parts 4b, and the extension force at the central part 4a in the cross direction B is larger than that at both side parts 4b in the cross direction B.
