The apparatus comprises: an expansion/contraction device (100) having one end fixed to one side of a water tank (T) and the other end hinged to move along the top of a wall of the water tank (T)； a folding arm (200) provided to be foldable on both sides of the other end of the expansion/contraction device (100)； and a washing water nozzle (300) attached to the folding arm (200) to spray the washing water to the bottom and wall of the water tank (T).
