The present invention relates to a TMS system for enhancing cognitive function which enhances cognitive function by generating a magnetic field through placing a magnetic field generator in a treatment point above patient&primes head. The TMS system for enhancing cognitive function comprises: a magnetic field generator generating a magnetic field a transfer means having the magnetic field generator: a semi-circle shaped support and an image sensor which senses a standard position attached to patient&primes head.
