PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquacultural method capable of efficiently removing parasites in a process of growing spawn and D-type larvae of corbicula, and capable of stably culturing the corbicula.SOLUTION: The aquacultural method for corbicula uses the supernatant liquid of blue water containing phytoplankton, as the rearing water of the spawn or the D-type larvae released from a corbicula mother shellfish, which method comprises a washing step of washing the spawn or the D-type larvae to wash out the parasites by using a mesh cloth of &ge；50 &mu；m and &le；70 &mu；m. The washing step comprises a step of spraying mist water to the spawn or the D-type larvae by using a sprayer. Thus, the parasites adhering to coil around on the mesh cloth and the parasites adhering on the spawn or the D-type larvae can be efficiently removed.【課題】シジミの卵やＤ型幼生の生育過程において、寄生虫を効率的に除去することができ、シジミを安定的に養殖することが可能な養殖方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のシジミの養殖方法は、植物性プランクトンを含有する青水の上澄み液を、シジミの母貝から放出された卵またはＤ型幼生の飼育水として用いるものであり、５０μｍ以上７０μｍ以下のメッシュクロスを用いて、卵またはＤ型幼生を洗浄し、寄生虫を流し落とす洗浄工程を有している。また、この洗浄工程は、卵またはＤ型幼生に対して、噴霧器を用いて霧状の水を吹き付ける工程を有している。これにより、メッシュクロスに絡みつくように付着している寄生虫や、卵またはＤ型幼生に付着している寄生虫を効率良く除去することができる。【選択図】なし
