The present invention relates to a rotary drying apparatus capable of improving the efficiency and quality of drying by drying wet grain powder including red pepper powder, corn powder, or flour by making friction to the grain powder in the centric and outer parts of a body, into which the powder is inserted, as well as removing moisture from the inside of the body by moving the parts in two opposite directions.
