The vapor dispensing apparatus includes: a housing defining a chamber having an inner contact surface, wherein the housing further comprises an aperture providing fluid communication between the chamber and an external environment； an evaporable material receptacle movably disposed within the chamber such that a dispensing portion of the receptacle is disposed in contact with at least a portion of the surface； and a motor coupled to the apparatus, configured to move the receptacle.
