A MULTIVALENT SUSPENSION OF ANTIGENS COMPOSITION COMPRISING HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN (HBsAG) AND HAVING GOOD STABILITY. THE COMPOSITION IS MADE BY A PROCESS COMPRISING THE STEPS OF: (A) MIXING HBsAG WITH AN ALUMINIUM PHOSPHATE SOLUTION; (B) ADDING, IN ANY ORDER, A DIPHTHERIA ANTIGEN, A TETANUS ANTIGEN AND A PERTUSSIS ANTIGEN TO THE SOLUTION: AND (C) ADDING A HIBCONJUGATE ANTIGEN TO THE SOLUTION. THIS PROCESS GIVES A LIQUID FORMULATION IN WHICH HBsAG IS ADSORBED TO THE ALUMINIUM PHOSPHATE ADJUVANT BUT IN WHICH THE HIB-CONJUGATE REMAINS UNADSORBED TO ALUMINIUM ADJUVANT.
