The present invention relates to a cast attached thereto with an electrical stimulation device and a method of electrical stimulation using the same. More specifically, the present invention includes: an electrical stimulation device attached to a fracture region to provide electrical stimulation for promoting growth of a bone and a cast worn on the fracture region to minimize movement of the fracture region, and attached thereto with the electrical stimulation device. The electrical stimulation device includes: at least one electrode directly attached to an affected area to apply electrical stimulation a lead wire connected to the electrode and a controller connected to the lead wire, mounted at the outside of a cast to control supply of electricity at the electrode. According to the cast attached thereto with the electrical stimulation device and the method of electrical stimulation using the same, which are proposed in the present invention, the electrical stimulation device is attached to the cast to promote the growth of the bone, and thus recovery of the fracture region is accelerated, thereby reducing time spent for natural recovery of the fracture region.
