The pen (10) has a writing point (12), and an inhaling substance e.g. nicotine. An opening (18) is utilized for inhalation of the substance, where the opening is formed at an end opposite to the writing point. An inhalation configuration is arranged for the pen in which an air passage is arranged between a storage section of the substance and the opening.
