The knife head assembly of the agricultural machine harvester contains a prolate bar for fastening of the knife head, bearing and connection assemblies. The knife head assembly is designed with a possibility of connection with engine for transmission of the driving force. The prolate bar includes multiple first holes for intake of fasteners for fixing with the unit for razors and the second viahole for intake of the fastening element. The bearing assembly includes the bearing holder and ring bearing with an internal viahole. The ring bearing is held in the bearing holder, and its viahole is in alignment with the second viahole for intake of the fastening element.
