The present invention relates to a non-managed and lightweight roof green system enabling to minimize load burden of a building and to exclude time and cost for maintenance comprising: a drainage layer mutually fixed with neighboring ones on a roof of the building, which is waterproof, or an artificial ground formed inside and outside the building, preventing discharging of soil, and having a flush to store and discharge； a soil layer formed in an upper portion of the soil layer, planting a plant, and having insulation and soundproof effects； a soil protection layer formed in an upper portion of the soil layer, preventing the soil layer from being lost or scattered by rain and wind, and preventing the planted plant from being fallen in a rainy season； and a plant vegetation layer formed in an upper portion of the soil protection layer by being planted by the soil layer.본 발명은 무관리 및 경량형 옥상 녹화시스템에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 건축물의 하중부담을 최소화시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 유지관리에 따른 시간과 비용을 배제시킬 수 있도록 하는 것에 있으며, 이러한 목적은 방수처리된 건물의 옥상이나 건물 안밖에 형성된 인공지반에 인접한 것끼리 서로 고정 연되어 토양의 배출을 방지하고 우수는 저장 및 배출가능하도록 구비되는 배수층과, 상기 배수층의 상부에 형성되어, 식물이 식재될 수 있도록 함과 아울러 단열 및 방음의 효과를 갖도록 구비되는 토양층과, 상기 토양층의 상부에 형성되어 비와 바람에 의해 토양층이 유실 및 비산되는 것을 방지하고 아울러 장마철에 식재된 식물의 쓰러지는 것을 방지가능하도록 구비되는 토양보호층과, 상기 토양층에 식재되는 것에 의해 토양보호층의 상부에 형성되는 식물의 식생층을 포함하여 이루어진 것에 의해 달성된다.
