A cutting platform (1) with a center section (3) located on a main frame (2)and, arranged adjacent to the center section (3), at least two side sections(4)which comprise a flexible cutter bar (6) and at least one conveyor device (7)located behind the cutter bar (6), said conveyor device (7) being designed asat least one endless belt (7) which is located adjacent to the center section(3)in order to transport crop material cut by the cutter bar (6) parallel to thelongitudinal axis of the cutting platform (1) in the direction of the centersection(3), the side sections (4) having a number of carrying arms (12) that arepivotably connected to the main frame (2), whereby the carrying arms (12) ofthe respective side sections (4) carry the cutter bar (6) and that at leastonecarrying element (13) is provided which carries the at least one belt (7), sothatthey can move independently of each other.
