PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing cosmetic which does not cause stickiness on the hand at the time of use, and hardly produces a discomfort caused by the cosmetic which is left on the hand after its use.SOLUTION: A hairdressing cosmetic of the invention is produced by impregnating a sheet with a liquid cosmetic composition containing the following (A) and (B) at an amount of 1 g or more to 50 g or less of the total liquid cosmetic composition per sheet. (A) is 0.01 mass% or more to 20 mass% or less of a film formation resin. (B) is water.
