The present invention relates an implant abutment for extracting three-dimensional scanning data and a method for operating an implant using the same. The implant abutment coupled to a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone to support a prosthesis includes: an engaging pole which is formed at a lower end to correspond to a fastening hole of the fixture； a fitting part which is formed on the upper side of the fastening pole to correspond to a fastening hole of the prosthesis； a skirt which supports a lower portion of the prosthesis and protrudes from boundaries of the fastening pole and the fitting part； an anti-rotation part which is formed in the fitting part and prevents a rotation in a state in which the prosthesis is inserted thereinto； and a reference surface which serves as a reference for recognizing the location of the abutment when scanning data is extracted in a state in which the abutment is fastened to the fixture. In a state in which the abutment is fastened to the fixture, the prosthesis is manufactured using a library of a CAD/CAM equipment through inter-oral scanning, so that, even when a bicon-type implant is operated, an accurate and elaborate prosthesis can be manufactured using the CAD/CAM equipment.본 발명은 3차원 스캔 데이터 추출을 위한 임플란트용 어버트먼트 및 이를 이용한 임플란트 시술방법에 관한 것으로, 치조골에 식립되는 픽스쳐에 결합되어 보철물을 지지하는 임플란트용 어버트먼트에 있어서, 픽스쳐의 체결구멍에 대응하도록 하단에 형성되는 체결기둥과, 체결기둥의 상측에 형성되며 보철물의 체결구멍에 대응하는 끼움부와, 보철물의 하부를 지지하며 체결기둥과 끼움부의 경계에 돌출형성되는 스커트부와, 상기 끼움부에 형성되되 보철물이 삽입된 상태에서 회전을 방지하기 위한 회전방지부 및 어버트먼트가 픽스쳐에 체결된 상태에서 스캐닝 데이터 추출시 어버트먼트의 위치를 인식하기 위한 기준이 되는 기준면을 포함하여 구성되도록 하여 어버트먼트를 픽스쳐에 체결한 상태에서 구강 내 스캔을 통하여 캐드캠장비의 라이브러리를 활용하여 보철물을 제작하도록 함으로써 바이콘타입의 임플란트를 시술함에도 불구하고 캐드캠장비를 활용하여 정확하고 정교한 보철물을 제작할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
