PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen supply pad for efficiently supplying a large amount of hydrogen to a surface of an object such as the skin of the human body in the state of contact with the surface, and a hydrogen supply system using the same.SOLUTION: A hydrogen supply pad according to the present invention includes a body in which a channel for circulating hydrogen from one side to the other side is formed, and a diffusion sheet that is installed on a surface on the hydrogen downstream side of the body and that diffuses the hydrogen throughout a predetermined area.
