A medical device fixing system according to the present invention is capable of being fitted, fastened, and fixed to a support member having a pillar shape, and has a hook portion having a concave groove portion on an upper surface, and is locked and fixed only by being inserted into the concave groove portion. A holder having a lock part that can hold the medical device, and the holder for fixing and holding a medical device. By inserting and locking the lock part of the holder into the groove part of the hook part, the pillar-shaped support can be obtained.
