PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new peptide having molecular chaperon-inducing activity and anticancer activity, to provide a new molecular chaperon-inducing agent, and to provide an anticancer agent.SOLUTION: It has been found that specific fractions among the extracts of fermented soybeans have molecular chaperon-inducing activity and anticancer activity, and substances contained in peaks obtained by performing liquid chromatography have been identified consequently, three kinds of new peptides are found.
