According to the present invention, a cosmetic storage container comprises: an electrically-powered body unit which comprises a motor and an LED lighting unit； an impeller fixation unit which has an impeller installed to be joined to a motor axis of the electrically-powered body unit on a lower portion； a container main body which is joined, to be able to be attached and detached, to the impeller fixation unit and stores cosmetic content； and a container cover which is formed on an upper end portion of the container main body and opens and closes a content discharge hole through which content is inserted and discharged. Since an expensive cosmetic container can be disassembled and assembled, cosmetic content can be refilled and reused and, consequently, the utilization rate of the container can be increased. When cosmetic content such as essence, skin lotion, or a toner is sterilized by UV rays, the cosmetic content is uniformly sterilized by being rotated for a certain time in the cosmetic container to uniformly perform sterilization. Since different ingredient types of cosmetic formulations, which are water soluble ingredients and oil soluble ingredients, are periodically rotated and mixed, a small amount of a surfactant is used.
