A technical objective to be achieved by the present invention relates to an inexpensive ray irradiator which can be made to be small-sized for a personal purpose in order to solve the problem. The ray irradiator according to the present invention particularly uses an LED, and more particularly is devised for the purpose of improving atopic dermatitis. The LED light irradiating apparatus for improving atopic dermatitis according to the present invention includes: a first LED which emits light of a wavelength of 360 nm to 380 nm, preferably, 370 nm, a second LED which emits light of a wavelength of 370 nm to 390 nm, preferably, 380 nm, and a controller for controlling the first and second LEDs.본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 상기 문제를 해소하기 위하여 개인용으로 사용할 수 있도록 소형화가능하고 가격이 낮은 광선 조사기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광선 조사기는 특히 LED를 사용하여, 특히 아토피 피부염 개선을 목적으로 하여 착상한 것이다. 본 발명의 아토피 피부염 개선을 위한 LED 광 조사 장치는, 360 nm 초과 380 nm 미만, 바람직하게는 370 nm 파장의 광을 방출하는 제1 LED, 370 nm 초과 390 nm 미만, 바람직하게는 380 nm 파장의 광을 방출하는 제2 LED, 상기 제1, 제2 LED를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함한다.
