A pharmaceutical composition for topical use which is in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion comprising, for 100% of the weight thereof: - from 0.3% to 5% by weight of at least one azolated local antifungal substance； - from 60% to 90% by weight of a gelled aqueous phase (A1)； - from 9.7% to 35% by weight of a fatty phase (A2) comprising at least one oil and an emulsifying system comprising a combination of at least one emulsifying surfactant (S1) selected from the elements of the group consisting of alkylpolyglycoside compositions and alkylpolyglycoside and fatty alcohol compositions, and of at least one emulsifying surfactant (S2) selected from the elements of the group consisting of polyglycerol esters, alkoxylated polyglycerol esters, polyglycol polyhydroxystearates, polyglycerol polyhydroxystearates and alkoxylated polyglycerol polyhydroxystearates.Composition pharmaceutique à usage topique se présentant sous la forme d'une émulsion de type eau dans huile comprenant pour 100% de sa masse : - de 0,3% à 5% massique d'au moins une substance antifongique locale azolée； - de 60 à 90% massique d'une phase aqueuse gélifiée (A1) - de 9,7 % à 35% massique d'une phase grasse (A2) comprenant au moins une huile et un système émulsionnant comprenant une combinaison d'au moins un agent tensioactif émulsionnant (S1) sélectionné parmi les éléments du groupe constitué par les compositions d'alkylpolyglycosides, les compositions d'alkylpolyglycosides et d'alcools gras, et d'au moins un agent tensioactif émulsionnant (S2) sélectionné parmi les éléments du groupe constitué par les esters de polyglycérols, les esters de polyglycérols alcoxylés, les polyhydroxystéarates de polyglycols, les polyhydroxystéarates de polyglycérols, les polyhydroxystéarates de polyglycérols alcoxylés.
