Invention herewith described refers to the preparation for the treatment of skin diseases and the procedure for its preparation. Skin diseases concern all kinds of dermatitis and eczema. The subject of the invention is the curative which, as well as in the Patent 48320 B, with the adequate dietary regime and the psychological balance, is applied for the treatment of neurodermatitis, all kinds of eczema, pressure sores, all kinds of burns, and a number of other skin diseases, with reduced time for treatment and without relapse in cured patients. After addition of the active substance solution, it is necessary to homogenize the mass by stirring, cooling and vacuuming to a temperature of 20° C. The particular stirring rate while homogenizing should provide an optimal consistency of the product in terms of lubricity and adhesion properties to the skin.Pronalazak se odnosi na preparat za lečenje kožnih bolesti i postupak za njegovo dobijanje. Kožne bolesti se odnose na sve vrste dermatitisa i ekcema. Predmet pronalaska je lekovito sredstvo koje, kao i iz patenta 48320 B, uz adekvatan dijetetski režim i psihološki balans, «se primenjuje za lečenje neurodermatitisa, svih vrsta ekcema, dekubitusa, svih vrsta opekotina, i čitavog niza drugih kožnih bolesti, uz skraćeno vreme lečenja i bez pojave recidiva kod izlečenih pacijenata». Nakon dodavanja rastvora aktivnih supstanci potrebno je masu homogenizovati uz mešanje, hlađenje i vakuumiranje do temperature od 20°C. Određena brzina mešanja uz homogenizaciju treba da obezbedi optimalnu konzistenciju proizvoda u smislu mazivosti i prijanjanja na kožu.
