PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein since a conventional central 24-hour ventilation system has no additional functions such as air cleaning and humidity control when used as a single body, it is necessary to incorporate an attachment satisfying such functions to a duct intermediate part, leading to cost increase.

SOLUTION: Paying attention to air cleaning and humidity control functions of charcoal, a space under the roof in each room is constituted as a chamber, and a package made of non-woven fabric including bamboo charcoal is spread within the chamber. Fresh air from an air conditioner is blown out to inside of the chamber by a duct, and impurities and harmful chemical substances in the air are removed by the charcoal so as to clean and moderately control the humidity of the air. The air is introduced to inside of the room by a grille with a filter provided on the ceiling surface. Thus, the clean air which includes negative ions and of which humidity is controlled is supplied to the room inexpensively so as to enable contribution to health maintenance and improvement.
