The shading member comprises: a light transmission plate provided around the at least one light-emitting element； and a first coating layer provided on the outside surface and/or inner surface of the light transmission plate. At a position, on the first coating layer, corresponding to each light-emitting element, a light transmission area having a set shape is formed； light of the light-emitting element passes through the light transmission area, making it possible to visualize a shape of the light transmission area via the housing.
