Disclosed is a phototherapy device. The phototherapy device comprises a circuit substrate, a light source and a diffusion module through which light rays can pass. The circuit substrate is used for providing a working power source for the light source, so that the light source can emit light rays towards a direction which is far away from the main surface. The diffusion module is arranged at one side which the main surface faces, so that the light rays emitted from the light source can firstly pass through the diffusion module before arriving at a phototherapy area. The diffusion module is of a material through which light rays can pass. The diffusion module can diffuse the light rays that pass through the diffusion module, so that an emergence angle when the light rays emitted from the light source are emitted from the diffusion module is greater than an incidence angle when the light rays emitted from the light source are emitted into the diffusion module.
