The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating and peeling agricultural products, and more particularly, to an apparatus for separating and peeling agricultural products, comprising: a main body having an inlet and an outlet； a first belt horizontally provided to be orthogonal to a falling path of the agricultural products, which are put to fall from the inlet to the inside of the main body； a second belt installed in parallel with the first belt while the distance between the second belt and the first belt is narrower toward the rear end of the first belt, wherein the second belt has a shorter rotary section than the first belt； a driver for delivering a rotary force to the first belt and the second belt； and a belt distance adjustment part installed at the rear end of the second belt to adjust the distance between the second belt and the first belt. According to the apparatus of the present invention, a worker can sit down while working since the apparatus is horizontally operated, thereby improving the safety and efficiency of the worker. Further, the separation and discharge of agricultural products can be stably performed by differentiating the rotating rates of the belts from each other. Further, the distance between the belts can be adjusted, thereby separating and peeling various agricultural products regardless of the sizes of the agricultural products.
