The present invention relates to an oral solid formulation composition comprising: a proton pump inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and a basic additive, wherein a content of the basic additive is 2-13 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the proton pump inhibitor or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and to an oral solid formulation comprising the same and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, an oral solid formulation which is excellent in stability against moisture and low pH can be provided, while the production of a soft substance is remarkably reduced.본 발명은 프로톤 펌프 저해제 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염； 및 기성 첨가제；를 포함하되, 상기 염기성 첨가제의 함량은 상기 프로톤 펌프 저해제 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염 100중량부를 기준으로 2 ~ 13중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구용 고형제제 조성물 및 이를 경구용 고형제제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유연물질 생성이 현저히 감소되면서 수분 및 낮은 pH에 대한 안정성이 우수한 경구용 고형제제를 제공할 수 있다.
