The present invention relates to a herbal medicine preparation method for liver function enhancement and, more particularly, to a method for preparing food using a medicinal herb extract beneficial to the liver and the food, which are based on mixing of palm oil with extracts from Oriental raisin tree, young virgate wormwood leaf, kudzu, turmeric, angelica, licorice, cinnamon, and grape seed that are medicinal herbs. In a first step, the medicinal herbs are used, the Oriental raisin tree, young virgate wormwood leaf, kudzu, turmeric, angelica, licorice, and cinnamon are washed three times with tap water and soaked in hydrogen water for 60 minutes, and then dewatering is performed. In a second step, the washed and hydrogen water-treated medicinal herbs are extracted from a boiling pot (121 degrees Celsius, 1.5 atm, two hours), followed by passage through a filling pipe (sponge, chitosan powder, bentonite), ripening (10 degrees Celsius, 48 hours), and filtering (filter paper, Whatman No. 2). In a third step, the extracted and filtered medicinal herb extracts are mixed with the palm oil and grape seed oil at a certain ratio, and then the mixture is ripened for 24 hours at 30 degrees Celsius in a red clay room. In a fourth step, the material ripened in the third step is sterilized through an ultrasonic (28 KHz, 30 minutes) treatment, followed by passage through a container filling (sand layer, dry grape seed powder layer, bentonite layer) pipe.
