PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition that increases bioavailability of meloxicam that is poorly and slowly water soluble.SOLUTION: A method of producing particles of meloxicam dispersed in a grinding material comprises dry-milling solid meloxicam, a millable grinding matrix and a milling aid by using an attritor mill (horizontal or vertical), vibratory mill or nutating mill. The millable grinding matrix is mannitol, sorbitol, isomalt, xylitol, maltitol, lactitol, erythritol, arabitol, ribitol, glucose, fructose, mannose, galactose, anhydrous lactose, or the like. The milling aid is colloidal silica, a surfactant, a polymer, stearic acid, or the like.【課題】水溶性が低く且つ溶解が遅いメロキシカムのバイオアベイラビリティを高める医薬組成物の提供。【解決手段】固体のメロキシカムと、マンニトール、ソルビトール、イソマルト、キシリトール、マルチトール、ラクチトール、エリトリトール、アラビトール、リビトール、グルコース、フルクトース、マンノース、ガラクトース、無水ラクトースなどの粉砕可能な細砕マトリクス及びコロイド状シリカ、界面活性剤、ポリマー、ステアリン酸等の粉砕助剤とを、アトライターミル（横型又は縦型）、振動ミル又は章動ミルを用いて、乾式粉砕する工程を含む、細砕材に分散されたメロキシカムの粒子を作製する方法。【選択図】なし
