A vapour provision apparatus comprising: a vapour generation chamber containing a vaporiser for generating vapour from a vapour precursor material； and an air channel wall defining an air channel between the vapour generation chamber and a vapour outlet at a mouthpiece end of the vapour provision apparatus through which a user can inhale vapour during use； wherein an inner surface of the air channel wall is provided with at least one protrusion extending into the air channel to modify (redirect) a flow of air in the air channel during use.
