The present invention relates to the methods of preparing a self-assembled matrix from a cell-derived extracellular matrices； and inducing cell proliferation and differentiation using the self-assembled matrix, and applying the self-assembled matrix into cell therapy. In detail, unique extracellular matrices obtained from specific cells are collected and then subjected to decellularization in order to form a self-assembled matrix including nanofibers formed only of extracellular matrix. In addition, the matrix prepared as described above provides a platform which is effective for the induction of the mass proliferation or differentiation of cells； thus may be applied in manufacturing cell therapy products.본 발명은 세포에서 유래된 세포외 기질로부터 자기조립 메트릭스 제조 및 이를 이용하여 세포 증식 및 분화유도, 나아가 세포치료 응용에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 특정 세포들로부터 분비되어지는 고유한 세포외 기질을 획득하고 이들을 탈세포화 과정을 통해 세포외 기질만으로 나노파이버가 형성된 자기조립 메트릭스를 만드는 방법에 대한 것이다. 또한, 상기와 같이 제작된 메트릭스는 세포의 대량증식이나 분화 유도에 효과적인 플랫포옴을 제공함으로서 이를 통해 세포치료제 제조 등에 응용할 수 있다.
