PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-forming preparation covering a diseased part without damaging the skin in film-forming process.SOLUTION: The film-forming preparation is produced by dissolving nitrocellulose in 3-methylbutyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, acetone or their mixture, adding ethyl alcohol to the solution, adding a specific amount of a water-soluble polymer, and adding a rosin at a prescribed amount to improve water-resistance of a coating film and enable inclusion of the water-soluble polymer such as hydroxypropyl cellulose, carboxyvinyl polymer and polyvinyl alcohol. The solvent is evaporated after applying the preparation to the skin to seal the diseased part with a transparent or semitransparent film formed on the skin of the diseased part, percutaneous absorption of ingredient is increased and evaporation of volatile drug is suppressed by semi-ODT effect, sustainability of the effect is improved by making the ingredient drug have sustained releaseability, and the applied part is protected with the coating film.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】被膜形成時の肌に、ダメージを与えずに患部を被覆する被膜形成型製剤の提供。【解決手段】ニトロセルロースを、酢酸3-メチルブチル、又は酢酸イソブチル又はアセトン、或いは、これらの混合物の溶解剤に溶解し、これにエチルアルコールを添加したものに所定量の水溶性高分子を加え、更に被膜の耐水性を強化するとともに水溶性高分子であるヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシビニールポリマー、ポリビニールアルコール等の水溶性高分子を含有させることを可能するためにロジンを所定比率で添加して、皮膚に塗布した後溶剤が揮散し、塗布部位の皮膚上に透明或いは半透明のフィルムを形成することにより患部を密封し、半ODT効果により含有成分の経皮吸収性を高め揮散薬物の揮散性を抑制し、含有薬物を徐放化することによって効果の持続性を改善し、更に塗付部を皮膜で保護した被膜形成型製剤。【選択図】図1
