The present invention relates to a use of a fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic, which is characterized by cell staining in body tissues and a method for diagnosis of infection causative bacteria using the same. In addition, the fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic staining method comprises the steps of: preparing a tissue to be fluorescently stained in the cell unit； and adding a fluoroquinolone-based antibiotic to the tissue.
