An image analysis device comprises an image acquisition unit, further comprising: an illumination unit, formed from a light emitting part wherein is packaged a plurality of light emitting elements which include at least light emitting elements which emit visible light and light emitting elements which emit non-visible light； and an image capture unit which captures reflected light which arises by projected light which is projected from the illumination unit being reflected by a subject for analysis.
