The present invention relates to a real-time radiation dose and distribution measuring device using an X-ray guided ultrasound image system, and a method therefor and, more specifically, to a real-time radiation dose measuring device comprising: an X-ray linear accelerating device (100) which irradiates X-rays to a treatment site; and an ultrasonic transducer module (200) which noninvasively obtains X-ray guided ultrasound signals generated by a thermal expansion phenomenon caused by absorption of the X-rays irradiated from the X-ray linear accelerating device (100) by scanning the treatment site. The present invention measures a radiation dose of the treatment site and a surrounding treatment site by analyzing the X-ray guided ultrasound signals obtained through the ultrasonic transducer module (200).
