A method for improving the dispersion properties in water, the granules containing a pesticide which comprises: (vii) preparation of a powder containing a pesticidally active ingredient, (ix) adding water to a powder (x) mixing the powder and water to the mixture and (xi) converting the mixture into granules, wherein the improvement is the inclusion of one or more water-soluble agents that suppress agglomeration of a powder or in water prior to blending, wherein the amount of one or more agents that suppress agglomeration is at least that amount required to achieve 50% of saturation concentration in the amount of water added in step (b) .2.
