The composition of the present invention suggests: a PBSAT resin used as a biodegradable resin and a coloring agent, wherein the coloring agent can be mixed in a shape of master batch. The resin composition is used in the production of various products and, in particular, the production of monofilament by spinning, and the fishing net produced therefrom is provided.
