PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topical patch preparation containing an odorless physiological cooling agent, and to provide a method for using the same.SOLUTION: The topical patch preparation comprises an adhesive gel composition existing on the support. The adhesive gel composition comprises the odorless physiological cooling agent, a water-soluble polymer gel, water and a water-holding agent.
