According to the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for measuring a bio-signal. The apparatus includes: a plurality of bias electrodes which are in contact with the skin of a body； patch electrodes including a plurality of detection electrodes between the bias electrodes； a power supply unit which supplies a power supply voltage to the bias electrodes； a voltage measuring unit which measures an open circuit voltage between the detection electrodes when a current flows between the bias electrodes； and a process which controls the power supply unit, receives a measurement signal of an open circuit voltage of the voltage measuring unit, and calculates the bio-resistance of the skin regardless of the detection electrodes and contact resistance.본 발명은 생체 신호 측정 장치를 개시한다. 그의 장치는, 생체의 피부에 접촉되는 복수개의 바이어스 전극들과, 상기 바이어스 전극들 사이의 복수개의 검출 전극들을 포함하는 패치 전극들과, 바이어스 전극들에 에 전원 전압을 제공하는 전원 공급 부와, 바이어스 전극들 사이에 전류가 흐를 때 검출 전극들 사이의 오픈 회로 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정 부와, 전원 공급 부를 제어하고, 전압 측정 부의 오픈 회로 전압의 측정 신호를 수신하여 검출 전극들과 피부 사이의 접촉 저항과 상관없이 검출 전극들 사이의 피부의 생체 저항을 산출하는 프로세스를 포함한다.
