The patch according to the present invention is provided with a support layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer laminated on the support layer, wherein the support layer has a water vapor permeability of at least 400 g/m2·24hr, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a drug, dimethyl sulfoxide, and an adhesive. Such a patch is unlikely to peel off even after use for a prolonged period of time.本發明之貼附劑具備支持體層及積層於支持體層上之黏著劑層，且支持體層之透濕度為400 g/m2・24小時以上，黏著劑層包含藥物、二甲基亞碸及黏著劑。該貼附劑即便長時間應用，亦不易剝落。
