The present invention relates to a foam comprising a polyether ester elastomer resin and cosmetics comprising the foam. The foam of the present invention is harmless to a human body and has superior physical properties such as chemical resistance and durability. In particular, when the present invention is used for cosmetic impregnation, the cosmetic composition is excellent in chemical resistance, durability, and maintenance of shapes, and the cosmetic composition is well filled, uniformly impregnated for a long time, an appropriate amount of the cosmetic composition being discharged when the cosmetic composition is taken. Therefore, when the foam according to the present invention is used, the cosmetic composition can be conveniently carried or used, and thus, a user can conveniently wear makeup while the user is out.본 발명은 폴리에테르에스테르 엘라스토머 수지를 포함하는 폼 및 상기 폼을 함유하는 화장품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폼은 인체에 무해하면서도, 내화학성과 내구성 등의 우수한 물성을 갖는다. 특히, 본 발명이 화장료 함침용으로 사용되는 경우, 내화학성, 내구성, 형태유지성이 우수하며, 화장료 조성물이 잘 충진되며, 화장료 조성물을 장기간 균질하게 담지할 수 있고, 화장료 조성물을 취할 때 적당량의 화장료 조성물이 배출될 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 폼을 이용하면, 화장료 조성물을 간편하게 휴대 또는 사용할 수 있으므로, 외출 시에도 편리하게 화장할 수 있다.
