The problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a chiropractic apparatus which is not only easily portable, but also enables even a chiropractor not having a high level skill to perform easily a safe, correct and effective adjustment of any bone of the entire body skeleton of a patient without causing a pain to the patient. The means to solve the problems is a chiropractic apparatus comprising the following means (i) and (ii) : (i) a chiropractic adjuster means containing a thrust member having a thrust head, and (ii) a release-surface means attached to the chiropractic adjuster means, the release-surface means having a surface for forming a release surface, wherein, when a longitudinal forward thrust is applied to the thrust member so as to give a thrust to a body surface of a patient, the release-surface means and the thrust head are subjected to relative movement with respect to each other, whereby a release surface comprising the surface for forming a release surface is formed around the thrust head, the release surface having at least a part thereof placed in contact with the body surface of the patient.본 발명이 해결하려 하는 과제는, 용이하게 운반 가능한 카이로프랙틱용 장치로서, 숙련자가 아닌 카이로프랙터더라도, 전신 골격 중의 어떤 뼈에 대해서도, 환자에게 고통을 주지 않고, 안전하고 정확하며 효과적인 어저스트먼트를 용이하게 행할 수 있는 카이로프랙틱용 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 해결 수단은 카이로프랙틱용 장치로서, (i) 스러스트 헤드를 갖는 스러스트 부재를 포함하는 카이로프랙틱용 어저스터 수단, 및 (ii) 상기 카이로프랙틱용 어저스터 수단에 부착되며 릴리스 표면 형성용 표면을 갖는 릴리스 표면 수단을 포함하고, 상기 스러스트 부재를 길이 방향 전방으로 밀어내서 환자의 체표면에 스러스트를 가했을 때에, 상기 릴리스 표면 수단과 상기 스러스트 헤드는 서로 상대 운동함으로써, 상기 스러스트 헤드의 주위에, 상기 릴리스 표면 형성용 표면을 포함하는 릴리스 표면이 형성되며, 상기 릴리스 표면의 적어도 일부가 환자의 체표면에 접촉한다.
